Please prepare:

• A 45-60 second cut of a contemporary musical theatre song in the style of the show.

Auditions:

A note about the production: Not all roles are required to dance. Although dancing is a huge part of what makes Pippin special, we are seeking actors with all dance backgrounds. There are plenty of roles for dancers and non-dancers alike!

• Auditions will begin with a dance/movement call. Please come dressed in clothes you feel comfortable moving in! The dance portion will be more like a Fosse 101 dance class. We will explore the style of the show and learn a quick combo. Dance shoes are recommended but not required. Afterward we will have a movement call to explore some of the blocking elements of the production. After the movement call, each auditioner will perform their song cut for Adaryn, Audrey, and Bek privately. Once you are finished with your individual audition, you are free to go for the evening! Callbacks will take place June 23rd 6-8pm.

Rehearsal Schedule:

• Music Rehearsals will begin June 30th

• Dance and staging rehearsals will begin July 21st

• Music rehearsals will be bi-weekly from 6-9pm.

• Dancing and staging rehearsals will be daily from 6-10pm.

We are able to accomodate absences and work schedules.
